Managed a $10 million, 32 unit townhouse
and single family home development. Utilized modular construction,
meeting New Hampshire’s strict energy and safety regulations providing rapid

Pre-contract work on a $5.6 million
public works complex consisting of a 36,000 sq. ft. maintenance garage, a
11,000 sq. ft. administration building and a 9,000 sq. ft. tensioned fabric
structure. Extensive Value Engineering resulted in considerable savings
to the City of Lebanon, New Hampshire.
▪ Managed Construction of a $3 million, 16,200
SF heavy equipment sales and service building. Building included overhead
crane, in slab radiant heat and advanced water recycling system. Construction
was completed on existing site without interrupting business operation.
▪
Oversaw the renovation of a Civil
War-era building into an operational veteran’s museum. Challenges: strict
deadlines, hazardous material abatement, and
coordination of various municipal departments. Project was completed on time
and under budget.
